This comment is just regarding the management. We visited Panera and my wife loved it so much she wanted to work there. She applied and was told she was hired and would be put on the schedule. We received one phone call from them after that point which unfortunately we missed. My wife called back multiple times and left messages. After trying for several weeks she gave up very disappointed.

Was in the mood for salad, which doesn't occur often, and when it does happen, I usually prefer a salad bar, so I can create what I like and leave out what I don't. The calories are listed, which is nice knowing how much trouble you're getting into. Half Green Goddess Cobb with chicken and Black bean soup was the choice (370 grand total calories, not bad for a chicken fried steak fan). Pleasantly surprised salad was PACKED with flavor and huge, and black bean soup, perfect compliment. I'd do it again sometime!

Great place! I love their baked goods. Staff is always friendly, and all the food is made fresh. They have a good rewards program that gives free stuff pretty often. The online ordering systems makes things really fast!

Beware: Manager and staff at this location have no idea what ingredients are in their products and will make your food wrong. We had already verified ingredients from the Panera corporate webpage. Local store contradicted. Called corporate and they said manager should have offered me a black binder that details all ingredients. Instead the lady taking our order and the supervisor they called over said none of their products met criteria and argued with us holding up the post-church rush hour line. They did not offer the black binder as corporate said they should. After ordering a salad with no cheese and no chicken, it arrived with heaping amounts of chicken. How hard is it to make a PB&J sandwich and a salad to order? The manager also gave us attitude at the table when we asked him to fix our order. After making a corporate complaint, the negative feedback is being channeled for manager education and retraining. The matter was not handled well, resulting in holding up a line during peak hours, lost profit by having to remake an order, and the loss of a potential repeat customer's business. Panera would do better to ensure that corporate standards for making meals align with local production standards. They should not advertise products as free from certain ingredients when they don't intend to follow through at the actual stores selling those products.

Always out of ingredients on almost everything on the menu and when you order through the drive-thru you literally have to spend time to double-check. Tip: Never order to-go in the evening, 8/10 chance the quality will be crappy (burnt, dry, ect). Definitely overpriced. I've had good experiences at other locations out of town.
