I placed a rapid pick up order at the St. Peters Panera Bread in Knoxville, Tennessee on September 21st and had the most pleasant experience ever! My asian salad was made by Katie* (I hope I remember correctly) and as a previous employee of Panera I can say that I couldn't have made it better if I was making it for myself. It was perfect. Thank you to the staff who took my requests and went above and beyond even leaving personal touches on my receipt and salad box which I loved. Rather than be put out or discouraged by my special requests they embraced it and let me know in a tasteful manner. GREAT JOB CREW!!!!!

1st stop into a Panera Bread in a long time, not much has changed. Same pretentious workers and customers, with not a friendly face besides the ones we had came in with. 6 people group and could tell before we even ordered that this was going to be a problem. Workers didn't want to answer questions about orders people behind us apparently in a big hurry. Over $65 dollars! maybe that would have been fine for 6 people BUT 1 couple shared a half sandwich meal while another couple shared a full, one had soup, and 3 people had water. Ok, high price but the food was good, nope. Avocado slices were even harder than the bread, and that's saying something because although it tasted good the bread was HARD. Waitress brought our food dropped the bread landed with a thud on the table then onto chair, accidents happen, she said she'll bring another. However she did not, while filling my water I asked if she was going to bring us that bread and you could tell she was just about ready to tell me where to go but didn't. She just handed me the bread wrapped in a napkin by the beverage station.

Panera Bread has really caught my attention because of their migration to the use of all natural ingredients. I take it upon myself to make sure that I do not eat any more garbage then need be which is one of the reasons why I like Panera Bread. Their selection of food is awesome and they, like myself, use all natural ingredients while cooking their food. Friendly staff, knowledgeable management, easy to access locations and reasonable prices for the quality of food all make Panera Bread a great choice :-)

I want to brag on Chris, the manager at the N. Peters branch. We had an issue with our order and when I called in he really went the extra mile. He personally brought me a new sandwich, which was perfect, and he brought a cookie and an extra bag of chips. He was so nice and helpful. Excellent customer service!
