I always order online for rapid pick-up close to peak lunch hours. They never mess up my order, even when I customize my meal, and it's always available on time. This is important when you have a quick lunch break. Thanks for being prompt, consistent, and friendly.

The food is served quickly, not fast food. Great place to eat, have coffee and relax. My family and I eat here about once a week.

I've eaten at Panera locations that were much better. They didn't offer some of the deals others do (like cheaper deserts with a meal), the tables weren't clean, and when I complained that a dish tasted off (it did) all they would do was say "that's just what it tastes like". I won't be back.
