I usually don’t write reviews but save yourself time and don’t go to this location. Customer service is horrible! I ordered mac & cheese and there was a hair in it! I went up to the counter and politely asked if I could get my food remade and the two girls working gave me dirty looks. They took my food begrudgingly behind the counter and remade it as I stood watching them.  I literally saw them take out a bag of mac & cheese from behind the counter and warm it up in the microwave! Not only was my food still cold when they remade it, but when I told them it was cold, they said there was a microwave in the coffee stand to heat it up! Didn’t even try to order something else, I just left. Don’t waste your time and eat somewhere else. Employees are just rude!

We drove by this location at 9:20pm today hoping to grab some sandwich and soup for late dinner only to find two girls with door locked and cleaning seemly closing down the place. Both location’s website and schedule printed on door state service hours until 10pm everyday. When asked the girls for service, they stated they’ve been actually closing at 9pm during weekdays and only honoring the 10pm closing time on weekends! 

What a poor response, customer service and misleading advertising!

I would give them zero stars if I could!

Former employee and it's a good thing customers don't see what the employees see and do. Place is filthy, slow, and always understaffed. Btw the food is not as fresh as you think.

This Panera is very large and clean, which I appreciate. Staff were very friendly to myself and the person I was assisting as well. Would definitely come back!

This is honestly one of the nicest Panera Bread locations I've been to. There's an outdoor seating area that's nestled between the shop front and a multistory flight of cement stairs which is shady but spacious enough to have a nice breeze on a hot day.
