DO NOT PURCHASE the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo!!! It's a RIP OFF for $9.09 plus tax! You will get 1/4 a serving (IF THAT) in a hugh bowl. Additionally, if you try to call the local store to speak to someone about overpriced purchase concerns, you will be promptly disconnected. 

If you call their Corporate office to discuss concerns, since the local store will not answer, they promptly dismiss you. I spoke to Dennis who just cavalierly said "I'll pass on your concern" and refused to let me speak to a Manager. He proudly said "I'm Dennis, like Dennis the Menace" and would NOT refer my concern for a return call.

The Mac and cheese was a close second relative to the amount/price. The black bean soup had no black beans...it's was water!!!

Unless you have spare money to discard and don't care about service, don't go to Panera!!!

I have really enjoyed the free bagels this month! Kendra and Jazzmyn are so delightful each morning! The manager even came over and greeted me and thanked me for being a loyal customer...and smelling the fresh baked bread just makes my day!

I ordered a chicken caesar salad and soup at the drive thru... took 15 min with only 1 other lady in front of me (that I saw park and go in to fix her order, which I didn't check mine due to rushed time and I should have)... they didn't even put dressing on my salad, and well as I got like 3 small shreds of chicken... my soup was only about half full in the cup and the bread on the side was thrown down in the bottom of the bag alone! Not even in a wrap or anything... oh and the bread was chewy and tough. Not impressed at all. I love Panera, but I will never return here. I would rather drive 20 minutes to a better one. Oh did I mention the tomatoes soup tasted horrible and wasnt even mixing properly... looked like grease or oil on top... what a waste. If they are going to charge those prices they need to fix it..  paid $13 for a meal that tasted like $3.

Panera is SO expensive anymore especially for the food quality of food you get.. tonight was the last night we will be eating Panera anywhere. My husband and i got the pick two and got two childs Mac N cheese with 1 childs turkey sandwich. $(38)... NO DRINKS because of course they don't come with drinks....??..... We could have went to Jason's deli got more food (better quality) fed the family plus drinks for $28- this is a fact done it before.

The place was filthy from the floor to the tables to the restroom; covered in old food. The food took forever to come out and was luke warm. The staff oozes with apathy. There are much better places to eat at Firewheel.
