Good food but very poor service at the counter from the people who actually prepare your order. I don't appreciate rude behavior.

The staff are friendly here, and they are quick to correct any mistakes they make, often generously favoring the customer. (Errors are rare, but they have happened, of course.) The prices are fairly reasonable. This store displays calorie counts on its menu sign. Unfortunately, there are relatively few low-calorie options in the bakery department. But the breads and pastries they provide taste great. And if you need nondairy milk for your coffee, they are happy to provide it at the counter. This Panera uses extra caution when preparing food for customers with food allergies. Be sure to tell them if you have food allergies, and they will prepare your food in a separate, clean area using utensils and such that have not touched anything else. This Panera is very busy much of the day. If you are looking for time just to sit and relax, 9-10 a.m. is the best time. The lunch rush starts around eleven, and lines back up to the door. If you have limited time for lunch, use the order-ahead option. They prepare those orders and have them ready for you when you arrive. It seriously saves time.

Quick service. Nice mixture of healthy foods and unhealthy. They list calories on a huge board, wish they had sodium listed. Clean comfortable dining room.

Absolutely love this place, very good food, good service, kinda high prices but worth it. Seriously I spend on avg. $13 a trip, always worth it though. The food is very healthy, delicious, and filling. Highly recommend.
