Polite employees but they need more help. No one is busting tables and it looks so messy. It has been sitting there for about the 30 mins since I've been here.

I love Panera Bread and stop frequently when I'm at home or traveling throughout the country. I have often gone Brentwood to eat or pick up breads and goodies.  I was very excited when I saw the new Pittsburg store was going to have a drive through.  Imagine my disappointment when I drove up to the window and was told I wouldn't be able to pick-up my Rapid Pick-up order at the drive through.  "You must to go inside the store for that," I was told.  Seems that it would be very simple for the person at the order kiosk to walk a few steps to pick my order and hand it to me at the Pick-Up Window.  Does it make more sense for me to wait until I arrive at the drive-up to place my order, pay for it and then wait while it's bring prepared?  I don't think so.  Sorry, Panera.  I had hoped to give you 5 stars!

Tables filled with dirty dishes, dirty floor, dirty patio, someone threw up outside front door, place was almost empty, staff appeared lazy and unkempt, poor management, soup cold, small portions, condiments empty

I LOVE THIS NEW LOCATION SO CLEAN AND FANCY
THE FOOD ALWAYS PERFECT 
MY FAV ITS THE BREAD AND THEIR SALADS OMG NEVER WRONG
COME CHECK IT OUT
TRINA WAS SUCH A WONDERFUL CASHIER,

This Panera location is the worst that I've ever been to. My soup was not only barely filled but the soup was beyond watered down. Very un-Panera'y. I didn't complain or return my food, just took the loss and left. I'll never return to this location.
