Last time I ordered online t was 15 minutes late and crappy quality but I still have it a try... how unfortunate for me. 

Today: 

Ordered online at 12:07pm and was given a delivery time of 12:37-12:47pm. Got an email at 12:52pm saying the order was on its way. At 1:15 I called (I only live 5 minutes away) and was told they would call me back in a few minutes (they did not call back). At 1:28 I received a text saying my order had arrived- it's hadn't. At 1:32pm I called again to ask if they had heard anything about my order. They basically said they were backed up and had some call ins but that if it said arrived it should be there soon and that I could have a blessed day. 
At 1:38 my food finally showed up. 
The driver was very nice and I could tell she was swamped. She gave me a free pick 2 for being an hour late but then informed me that they ran out of frosting so the cookie was just plain. It normally wouldn't be a huge deal but try explaining that to the 3 year old who picked it out as a reward- had I known I would've picked a different cookie for him that didn't need frosting to make it "special". A call offering an alternative would've been nice. 
The food was cold and thrown together. 
I will NEVER  again order from Panera for delivery and I don't suggest it for others.

Ordered a Panini, which was great. Although, this place is infested with FRUIT FLIES, which fly all around the pastries and actually land on them. Buyer beware from the sweets!

If you are familiar with this chain, you should feel right at home. A little more accuracy eith the orders could help a bit, but otherwise this is fine place.

Everyone was very nice, food was good too! But- Ladies Bathroom and dining room wasn't real clean especially the floor and tables not cleaned off. In the Ladies bathroom one toilet wasn't even usable due to broken seat with no warning on door.  I've never seen it like this before.
