Stopped here for lunch on the weekend. I had a burger and my husband had the chicken club wrap, both with fries. The waitress was friendly and we received very good service. The food came out quickly and was hot and tasty. The restaurant was very clean bathrooms too!. Has the typical sports bar atmosphere.Food: 5/5

Attentive service and food came out hot and quick. Only major issue was the temperature, which was set far too cold. I am not generally cold so I assume it was pretty uncomfortable for others.  We did arrive soon after opening so it is possible that the heating was not up to temperature yet.

Sports bar atmosphere when i was there with the Browns on all the TVs. If you order their signature panninis, know that the french fries are served in the sandwich. It is open face without condiments. The food was good quality but I'll try something else next visit.Food: 4/5

Took 20 mins before someone even took are drink order then another 30 mins before food order was taken then almost a hr before food arrived an the order wasnt correct an luke warm,an never could get our servers assistance when we did she was short an cared more about the table full of collage men sitting across from us. TVS WAS SO LOUD we couldnt hear each other or our daughter talk at our own table..We drove from Garrettsville to have lunch here an was a terrible experience.

Fresh food and great service. Lots of options on the huge menu. It's a great place to eat and watch a game on any of the many televisions.  Kid-friendliness: It&#39;s a great place to take the kids.

The food was delicious, service was quick and she was very attentive. We went in for mother's day and so far this has been one of my favorite places since we moved here 2 months ago from Arizona!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes

Love our hang out here!  Kid friendly and great new patio!  My little dude 3.5yrs loves their pizza and Mandarin oranges. The staff never changes, so you get to know all of them and I love that!  Great place to grab a seltzer, beer or vodka with the the kids in tow.

Arrived at the restaurant around 2:15 pm. We were seated at the table fairly quickly. The woman who seated us was kind and polite. However, our server was rude and disrespectful. She came to the table with an attitude, responding with short comments and throwing the napkins they give you for your drinks down on the table. After receiving our drinks, she never came back to take our food order. The floor wasn’t that busy, so it left my family and I very confused why she wasn’t taking our order. It felt like she was avoiding us. I watched her walk up to other tables and talk to other employees. Deciding to pay for our drinks and leaving for another restaurant, she returned to the table with our change and threw it down on the table instead of handing it to my aunt who payed. She also made the comment that she was sorry because she was the only one working the floor. However, I witnessed another waitress also helping other customers. Overall, I understand that everyone’s human and they have their bad days, but this particular waitress was rude as soon as we were seated. It’s very disappointing due to the fact that this was our first experience at that paninis. I guarantee we will not be returning. She also never gave us her name so unfortunately I can’t help the establishment with this problem. However she had pink hair, a nose piercing, and glasses. I hope the restaurant takes the necessary actions to help resolve this issue. I’ve read other reviews and noticed there’s a similarity.
