If there were a zero to rate this dump, i would rate it ZERO MINUS. Please if you care about your loved one, please, please dont send him/her even if the doctor refers the patient there. There are so many other options. My dad was sent there after having a spinal cord surgery and was very hard for him to walk on his own, even swallowing was extremely difficult for him. The nurses at this place are so incompetent that youll be amazed how ridiculous this place is. If you want something done, you literally have to be there 24/7 so things can get done. Otherwise the patients get ignored. Sometimes even if you are there requesting things, you get ignored as well.. When you're there, the nurses act extremely nice, you can tell they are fake, but when you leave they totally ignore the patient and treat them like crap. There were many times that my dad would call me in the middle of the night because he needed help and even though he would press the call button for the nurse to come, no one would come to help him. I would need to call the nurses myself at 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning to tell them my dad needed help. There is one guy in particular who is very rude with the patients. He's a philipino guy name Leon or Leo who walks around with the medicine cart administering the meds to the patients. He would come to poke my dads finger to check his sugar levels since my dad is diabetic, and he would do it so hard and so fast that he would leave my dads finger bleeding. The next day my dad would have a bruised finger because of the horrible job he did and does. Since my dad had difficulty swallowing, his pills needed to b crushed. Leon would bearly crush the bunch of pills at once, mix them in apple sauce and would grab a spoon to feed the whole mixture down my dads throat knowing my dad couldnt swallow well. It got to the point that I personally had to ask him to stop administering the meds and poking my dad. I was told by the RN that he wouldnt do it anymore. Even though the RN had promised me Leon would not do give my dads his meds anymore, he continued to do it. One day i was sitting on my dads bed and Leon had not realized i was there. He was already coming to give my dads his meds and was surprised to see me there. I reported it again to the RN because the director wasnt there and once again she promised it wouldnt happen again. Although they wanted my dad to stay there longer to juice up the medicare/medical I got the authorization from the doctor and got my dad out of there. My dad only stayed there for 2 weeks but i can only imagine the horrible things that happen to the other seniors who have been there for a long time. Its not worth going through this yourself. Find your loved one another place and not only you will have peace of mind but your loved one will thank you. Even if the doctors refer you there, just run and find another place. If your loved one is there already, do whatever is in your power to get them out of there. Its not worth it.

The Worst Place ever. My grandmother was there for a few months and the nurse's neglected her and didn't take care of her. She wasn't bathed correctly and she was in horrible conditions. The nurses didn't do their job right. Please DO NOT take your love ones to this place.
