Low prices, got a great deal with AA and got a discount as well. I had to go in person to receive the discount; they had to verify the card I payed the ticket with, in which case I received money back. The lady at the counter was very nice when explaining my flight. Even though I had all the info on the AA App.
 I recommend this travel agency to everyone.

Awful experience. They booked incorrect dates for my flight and did NOTHING to try and correct the matter. Rude lady name Heidi.

I went to get my flight ticket there and they didn't even tell me I needed a visa. When I got to the airport they told me I couldn't travel... I called and they didn't want to give me NOT EVEN HALF OF MY MONEY BACK!!! I wasted my money, asked for vacation at work and wasted money on so many things for nothing!!  Horrible agency don't get your tickets there they will not reinburse anything. They don't care!! Terrible customer service!!!

Horrible customer services. Need to train your staff when they answer the phone to be polite.

Esta agencia es una porquería le robaron el dinero del boleto a mi hija y no pudo viajar porque no le informaron de que necesitaba visa ,se enteró a la hora de chequear en el aeropuerto y la vida tarda de 4 a 5 semanas, les ha agencia no le hizo devolución ni de la mitad del boleto tan siquiera.
