About Kenneth Panzer. Attorney Kenneth Panzer was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in1978. He is the former Division Chief of the Immigration Division of Legal Services of Greater Miami, having also been the Executive Director of the Immigration Law Center, a non-profit group consisting of attorneys and paralegals defending those who could not afford an immigration attorney to represent them in court. After years of public service, attorney Panzer began his own private practice.

Mr. Panzer has defended thousands of individuals with complex cases in immigration courts in the United States. He has also represented clients before the Board of Appeals, and Federal District and Circuit Courts throughout the nation.

In addition to being a contributing author in legal publications, whose purpose is to guide immigration attorneys on how to effectively litigate immigration matters before the immigration courts, Mr. Panzer has throughout the years appeared in high profile cases reported in the media.

A complete and aggressive defense of a denial of an application to remove the condition on conditional residence during removal proceedings. Cases involving abused spouses, special rule cancellation, cancellation of removal for permanent residents and cancellation of removal for nonpermanent residents.

• Complete and critical defense to the three year and ten year bar to adjustment (residence) triggered by a person departing from the United States, having a certain period of unauthorized status in this country at the time of departing the United States, registry to gain residence in the U.S. (physical presence in the U.S. prior to 1972 and good moral character), Federal Court litigation throughout the United States to appeal through petition for review in Federal Circuit.
