I had a great experience buying a used car from this dealership. No pressure, everything was done quickly and professionally. These guys even helped me to bring the car to my town north from Philadelphia. Thank you David, Nick and Wayne! Will definitely return!

Had a 930 am appointment dropped my 2016 F150 off at 830 am. For issue with the engine when I was driving. Wired 5 hours for a call back with any updates but nothing so I called to see what was going on and the gentleman on the phone tells that my warranty may not cover the repair because of the tune that is on my truck. I asked what tune and he didn’t have a answer. Never give me answer on what was actually going on with my truck. I was told I would get a call back with more information didn’t get a call back until 530 pm to tell me that my truck is ready for pick up. I know how long it takes to change 1 spark plug and 1 coil. A: Not sure why it took so long when I had a appointment. B: Not sure why i wasn’t informed what was going on at all. Or not even asked what I wanted to get done. The way this was handled I will never go back to this dealership very disappointed in the whole process. I will tell everyone to stay away from this place.

I have serviced my vehicle at Paoli Ford for years! Got into an accident and needed to get a new one. My first interaction was with Jessica. I told her what I was looking for and she found the vehicle for me. When I came in to pick up my 2015 Focus Rich had everything ready for me that all I had to do was sign the paper work. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I recommend Paoli Ford for purchasing a new vehicle and service! Great staff!
