Paoli Rug is amazing at getting out stains. My 2 year old niece decided to rub blueberries in our cream rug. The rug honestly looks better than when it was bought. Highly recommend Paoli Rug!! Also, they were very quick in getting the rug back to me. Always helps when you are dealing with the Holiday Season.

After looking at the various reviews I decided to bring my rugs to Paoli to be cleaned, etc. I am so thoroughly satisfied that I did. They look amazing! They were treated with such care. I was treated with such professionalism and kindness. They were ready when promised, etc. I can't say enough good about the place. Mojan was wonderful to communicate with. It's a very nice atmosphere. I highly recommend.

I have been bringing my valuable hand knotted antique rugs to Paoli Rug Company for over ten years on an annual basis. I use my rugs in the rooms my family lives - which includes several dogs going through various stages of training and occasional (many) potty accidents. The rugs also get dirty from constant foot traffic. My rugs are returned looking and smelling brand new - better cleaning and repair, if needed, than I have ever experienced elsewhere, and always earlier than promised. I also look forward to my visits, as I am remembered and sincerely greeted by the owners and staff, who are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of their field. They are very honest, courteous, and wonderful people.

We recently had 10 rugs cleaned which included 4 repairs and 1 nasty stain removal.. We live 1 hr. away from the company, but they were more than willing to work out pickup and delivery. We are thrilled with the results as these rugs are very valuable to us. Thank you so much Paoli Rugs. We will be back for the next cleaning for sure!

With years of children, dogs and cats, our four rugs were ready for a much needed cleaning and odor removal. Our experience with Paoli Rug Co. was excellent! Wonderfully professional from start to finish...and the rugs look/smell great! Thank You!
