I called to order pies on my birthday and they had said the wait would be almost an hour. I was hungry and didn't want to wait that long but understand that delivery takes long so I just asked to please hurry because I was hungry and it was my birthday.  They delivered in half the time, the food was yummy AND they brought me a piece of cheesecake for my birthday. Excellent customer service. I will be ordering from here for the rest of my time at the university.

Gyros are out of this world and the cheesesteaks are heavenly. Been in morgantown for a year and this place takes the cake... Definitely our new favorite restaurant. Amazing job.

If I could give Papa Allen’s Pizza in Morgantown, WV a 0 star rating I would. I ordered dinner for my family that included 3 pieces of cheesecake for dessert. The piece of regular cheesecake I ordered for my 10 year old child arrived COVERED IN MOLD!!!!!!! I wish I could attach the picture of it to this post. I will NEVER order from this place EVER again! I’d recommend everyone else do the same!

Not sure about the taste but this place is the most disrespectful to customers. I ordered food and it was late. I talked to them that the Pizza is supposed to be home according to your estimating. The answer was wait 15 to 20 mints more! I said alright but if the pizza delivery guy is already out, the pizza won't be warm anymore if I still have to wait 20 mins. The manager took the phone and said You have to wait or I do not care if you cancel and close the phone on my face!!!!!!!! I called them again to refund the money he said will do and no money refund I got yet!! Just a reminder, when I ordered the food I pay for it! And I pay for the delivery as well! Can't understand why they are disrespectful to people!!!

I ordered a Tuscan Chicken salad last night. Paid $13 for it. Worst salad I have ever had IN MY LIFE!!!!! Nasty iceberg lettuce.  Chicken was so dry I couldn't eat it. I didn't even eat 1/4 of the salad before I threw it away. As for my coworkers that worked with me last night, at a Morgantown hospital, we WILL NOT be ordering from Papa Allens ever again!!! Save your $$$$$ people!!!
