Having an unexpected plumbing issue can be a bit of a problem. Trying to find a reliable, reputable, plumber amongst the many that are around is even a bigger problem. I trusted the reviews of others who gave kudos to Matt and Papa Bears Plumbing, and gave him a call.  Matt exceeded all expectations. He was prompt, professional, reasonable, personable, and the perfect answer to our plumbing needs.  I would not hesitate in calling him again whenever we have a plumbing issue. I love supporting small businesses like Papa Bears Plumbing.

Why use any other plumber, Matt came out and did an estimate a couple of days ago to replace a bathroom shower faucet.  He came out today and did the work... he had it done in quickly and painlessly (for me).  He is fair with his billing... I couldn't be happier.  I put this work off for so long because I didn't want the intrusion as well as, not sure who to call, who to trust.  A couple of neighbors recommended him. Matt's work style is very un-intrusive. I checked out his facebook page and reviews which are outstanding.  I highly recommend Matt... his is good to work with and very reasonable!   Thanks Matt!

We have been using Matt/Papabear for over 5 years while we lived in the Puyallup area, after we moved and rented out our house, and also at my parents house in Enumclaw. Matt has resolved a variety of issues for us and is great to work with. He tells it to you straight and is honest/trustworthy. I have always been able to reach him on his cell/get a call back whenever we had urgent issues - Kent & Cathy
