Our treats are cholesterol free, containing no trans fat, dairy, eggs, no preservatives, no animal products, all naturaland mostly organic. Papa Ganache is 100% Vegan 100% of the time, and we are certified KOSHER. We offer numerous gluten free, soy and nut free products, but as we share a kitchen we want you to know that despite our best efforts, diligence and commitment processing and handling ingredients, cross contamination is possible. If you have an inquiring mind and want to know, we sweeten our baked goods with organic, evaporated cane juice and agave nectar. We also offer sugar free items for special order using Xylitol, a natural sweetener from our friend the birch tree.
