This place is amazing, I went there with a few of my friends and were well taken care of. We were greeted by Kathleen who was just beautiful, amazing smile and wonderful personality. The food was quite good and the service was decent, but they were busy. I would go back in a second, I just hope Kathleen is there as she made the entire visit well worth it, I just hope she is being well taken care of, she deserves it.  I would hire her in an instant for my company.

First time going to this establishment, and definitely will be the last. Sad to see so many positive reviews about this place when I didn't even have a chance to sample the food. My wife and I went on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. We walked in and there was one hostess on the phone and helping another customer. When she finally got to us we were seated downstairs by ourselves and two dirty tables. Our table was made, but the cloth had food spilled on it from a previous patron. We sat for 10 minutes before the busboys noticed us and brought us some water. 15 minutes more had passed and still no waiter or waitress to take our order. At this point we decided to just leave. While we were preparing to walk out, the same hostess who seated us some 30 minutes earlier gave us a "thank you for coming" not realizing we had just gotten there, but just not serviced.

Good place to get together with family and friends. Salad and soup are included. Restaurant needs an update in my opinion. I know people like their food, but it wasn't my favorite. I had mushroom sauce over pasta.

Good place to bring family and friends for special occasions. Food and service are good, plenty of side dishes.  And the best eggplant parm I have ever had.

My wife's family has been doing their Christmas gathering at Papa Joe's for as long as I've known them, and I haven't been there any other time, so my review will be limited. Every time we've been there the staff has been very friendly and the food---several Pizzas with different topping, various drinks, and vanilla ice cream--- has always been great. No complaints from me!
