I work for another pizza place in the area... but anytime i can get "other pizza" it is Papa Joe's. Simply the best.  From NY and this is like NY pizza- you won't be disappointed. The waitress can work on being more friendly is my only complaint.......and GO YANKEES!!

Ordered 3 pizzas from them this evening for delivery. We've had the pizza before and have really enjoyed it. The service I received this evening definitely leaves much to be desired. I was told the pizza delivery would take 45-50 minutes. It took closer to 90 minutes. The delivery driver did not verify that he had delivered the right pies, and when I opened the boxes after he left, one of them had anchovies instead of artichokes. BIG difference! I immediately called, and was basically told I could either receive a new pizza after about another 45 minutes, or get a refund, but not both. When I questioned why not both, I was basically dismissed and told to just make a decision. Really poor service, both in delivery, and general customer service.
Would not recommend based on mediocre service.
Update:
I called a couple of days later because they had not yet given me my refund for the pizza. The person who answered the phone was extremely friendly and apologized for the confusion and worked with me to resolve the issue.

We usually go to the one in Colonial town park center but we were up in the area and thought we would try it. Me and my co-workers order their tuna salad into work all the time which is amazing and I tried their Italian wedding soup when I was there and it was one of the best I ever had. Our waitress was nice, a little rough around the edges. You could certainly tell she had been there a long time. I wouldn’t complain about the service at this location  ( Lk mary bad) only the cleanliness! Gross! The bathroom had poop all in and around the toilet and it was so rusted that the toilet went to one side and of course it smelled awful. Thank goodness this was after we ate. The floors were discussing! The girls wrapping the silverware beside use should have been wearing gloves. There hands were all over the utensils while wrapping. We decided not to ever use this location again. We live off of 46 A so we ordered a pizza in last night. This was the one off of Colonial town park center. Never really had a problem before but when we opened the box... all the cheese, onions, and mush rooms were off to the side of the pizza and stuck to the cardboard! The onions were raw. I took a picture and posted on the website. Don’t know if that one would get approved!! We were so hungry and it was 9:50 pm so we did what we could to fix it and eat it. Oh! I forgot to mention that the dough was raw in some places as well leaving me with cramps in the middle of the night. Now after reading a few reviews about someone finding a bug in their food just last week.... we will NOT be going back. There are a few newer pizza places that we are going to branch out and try. My husband being from New York is very picky. I only gave it a two star because they do have some of the best sauce. It’s just a shame that we have had bad experiences at both locations now. What happened Papa Joes??? Clean up your act!

Usually the service here is good, but the last few times it wasn't as great. The last time it was really bad. They got our order wrong and it wasn't even ready. They didn't add some things there either. The staff were lazy and taking so long and just annoying. The food we got- the sauce was dry. Not sure how you can have dry sauce on pastas. It's good but the staff needs some lessons in service.
