In the face of a looming negative review, the Papa John's employee made a swift recovery and stuck the landing for a whopping five stars. 

My cravings kicked in and I ordered a pizza online around 6pm, one of the busiest hours for any restaurant. I arrived at the location at the time Papa John's suggested the pizza would be ready, paid for the pizza, and waited the minute or so that the cashier said my pizza would finish in. 15 minutes went by and the cashier returned to tell me that there was a mix up and my pizza had just now been put in.
Now hear me out, 15 minutes in the grand scheme of things is like the blink of an eye. But when you're told that earth's greatest gift to man will be ready at a certain time, every second that ticks past what you were told feels like an eternity.
I had already waited an extra 15 minutes and would need to wait even more for the pizza to cook. I don't normally leave reviews but at this point, the idea of leaving a negative one popped into my head. The cashier must have realized I was upset and offered me a free two-liter to compensate me for the mistake. 
This was enough to dissuade me from leaving a poor review but as a customer, I was still a little upset at the inconvenience. At most, I would have gone home and returned to my evening without leaving either a poor or a good review. 
But it was at this moment that a hero arose. One of the employees from the back stepped forward and offered me a free pizza in addition to the two liter. It was a small personal sized pizza, maybe seven inches in diameter, but it was this effort that convinced me to not only refrain from leaving a negative review, but to instead leave a good one. 
So thank you Papa John's for a delicious product and for hiring people that care about the customer. 
I will definitely buy more pizzas from this location. They managed to turn a bad situation into and extra awesome one because, let's be honest, the only thing more awesome than a pizza, is a free pizza.

Horrible service  I never got a call from the delivery guy and I call but I only got excuses went I specify for them to call me  I would like to know hows in charge

Not bad, my husband really liked the anchovy pizza. Its better to place an order for pick up. Delivery takes to long  nearly an hour and a half wait.

Always great tasting pizza with great service. The Italian sausage they use is very tasty.
