I called in for a pickup and was placed on hold for about 20s, which is perfectly fine. Placing the order was simple with no confusion and picking it up was straightforward. The staff was nice and friendly as well. The pizza tasted like pizza and nothing more, but that's to be expected. It was good and filling.

pizza decent,delivery time not too shabby, so I was pleased, naturally since I didn't pay online or over phone, CASH deal, driver 'TELLS' me "I don't have change"!  that's all he said   forcing a tip I was already gonna give, no questions no  hesitation, thanked him, sent him on his way.  cudnt even finish a slice, called in, explained,  manager dude managed to get another bad review

I called to order a pizza and the lady seemed very annoyed to take my order. She has the worst attitude and the worst part is I believe she is one of the managers. She said it would be done in 10 minutes I live down the street so I was there exactly 15 minutes after I placed my call. I ordered a large pepperoni that's it nothing  Special . I opened my pizza and it was cold I've worked at a pizza place in high school there's no way that pizza had just went through the oven. I asked if I could get it re made she gave me the biggest sigh and sass I have ever received from a customer service representative . and said my pizza would be a 30 minute wait... Suffice to say I'm never going back to that place. And none of the workers wear gloves when handling food. It sucks because papa John's was my favorite pizza.

Great food great service always order online and get Rewards and pick up your pizza yourself on kayak they have a reward program for that too
