Delivered a pizza that was completely black on the bottom. I called and they said they would resend a new pizza. After waiting about 2 hours for an edible pizza, the second pizza was also burnt and black on the bottom. I didn't request a refund, because I simply do not have the time or the energy to deal with the staff.

Do not order from this location. There are plenty of other pizza spots to choose from in Newark.

Delivered a pizza to me that was black as coal on the bottom.  They took an hour and a half to get it to me when they said it would be a half an hour to 45 minutes.  I called and they said they would bring another pizza.  Three hours later I still didn’t have our dinner.  They said they would refund my money.  I have yet to see a refund.  Absolutely disgraceful.  Also the original employee who took my order was beyond condescending and rude.  This took place on 12/1/17.  Picture of pizza in the photo section.

Took almost 2 hours to call me and tell me the food got cold if I still wanted the delivery so they can remake the food Really?

This Papa Johns didnot even deserve a star the worker who answered the phone on 10/26/17 was so rude to the point she do not deserve to be doing customer service work she actually hung up on me while I was p placing an order if this was my franchise store she will be looking for a new job she just cost you money I was giving a pizza party OWNER YOUR LOST AND I WILLING TO BET I WAS NOT THE FIRST DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNTIL HE HIRE RESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES WHO YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BOTHERING YOUR FOOD AND HAVE RESPECT😈😈😈 HOORAY FOR DOMINOS🎯🎯🎯🎯

I am not a pizza lover, but once in a while my dad craves for one.
Tonight on my way home we stopped at this location in the downtown of Newark...what a pleasant surprise.. a young lady named shanelle took care of me...what an excellent old fashion customer service..like i mentioned I am not a fan of pizzas, but anytime my dad craves for one, this will be a place to go as long as shanelle is there..
