called to order some pizza, and we were dealing with Toya She was very rude on the phone and was upset due to me having a Bogo Coupon, i paid for this coupon from my brothers baseball fundraiser. She tried to say she had to take it due to they collect coupons, this isnt a paper coupon. so we had to argue about if she was going to take my coupon. I order very frequently. To get this service i will get drive to pick it up from a different company. I am a manager is customer service if the person running my shop spoke like the way she spoke to me and my wife she would not have job. This is the WORST service i have had.

All I have to say is YUM! The garlic dipping sauce is a win!

Do not order from here unless you want to receive the worst service you can experience. I ordered a delivery and when I got it they forgot some of my order. When I called to get it corrected the manager by the name of Jessie (she's a real piece of work) told me she'd send one of the 5 things they missed and that's it, and it wasn't their problem. I then told her to just send a driver and get the food and return my money. The she proceeded to say well there's nothing wrong with your food in a very condescending tone. Then hung up on me. I called again and said if we can't take care of this on the phone that I'd just drive down and get a refund. She then threatened to call the police if I came down and hung up again. I went down and got my refund regardless and the contacted the area manager who assured me he would take care of it. But I would not recommend Ordering  from This  particular location. Take the extra 5min and go to the one on the Avenue, they know how to be professional and treat a customer correctly
