I ordered two pizzas, one pepperoni and onions, the other with pepperoni and jalapeno. The one with jalapeno had way too much cheese, I was in a hurry and ask to just refund with a gift card. Manager on duty had given the cashier a 50% off coupon to give me. What a slap in the face, I probably should have taken the pizza as is but just couldn't tolerate the extra cheese. Anyway, the cashier was really nice that was the only positive thing.

Well I couldn't get past the phone call. I was put on hold without them even asking. Then I was told they don't deliver to my address (I've ordered delivery here before). The individual who answered the phone told me to call another location, further away from my address and nonchalantly said "ok...bye.." as she hung up.  So rude and so disrespectful. I called back to ask for management and "Calvin" could care less that his associate not only turned away a paying customer but was rude as well.  

Needless to say, do not waste your time or money here. I will be contacting corporate. Papa John's needs to know how very poorly they are being represented at this location. 

If I could give a negative star, I would. Side note, Stockbridge location was very kind and professional.

I keep trying to make an excuse you know? Maybe its a different cook,  maybe they were just off today, etc. Finally I've made up my mind. Pizza  isn't that great in this location. Cheap on toppings compared to most locations... even when I paid extra for more toppings.

This used to be my favorite pizza spot. I love the fresh toppings and thin and crispy crust until the last pizza I ordered I went to go pick it up and no one had on gloves yuck. Not the dough person,  the toppings person or cutter disgusting. I didn't even eat it. How nasty had I known that no one wears gloves I would not have been ordering here.

I will never order here again the lady taking the orders isn’t professional nor have common sense.
