I just left this location 20 minutes ago This is my experience at this location. First we were gunna order through phone and she told my coworker not to order through the phone. That it had to be done online. Then 5 min later I called and was able to order online. The girl in the front LAUREN with the black glasses. she is very rude. She rolled her eyes because I did split payment.  She acts like if she doesn't want to be there. She slammed the recipet on the counter and was being a smartass! worst costumer service ever.

I ordered a large barbeque chicken bacon.  I received a barbeque chicken bacon, pinnaple and onion pizza.  I called the store after I got home and the kids were complaining that it tasted terrible.  The man thst answered the phone said pick them off and hung up on me.

I was doing my duty and supporting a good cause for the death of Officer Greenwood. I waited patiently for 2.5 hours for my pizza to be made and I understood that they were inundated. However, when they tell me thay my pizzas are ready and I drive up there to pay for it, yet the manager doesn't even take the time to actually look for my order. Instead the manager on shift let me wait another 30 minutes before I decided to speak up and ask about the status of my pizzas. They are now cold because they had been sitting there the whole time. He didn't even bother to check them himself. Seriously, WTF!!!

Lately the customer service has been horrible, it's been taking an hour plus to get here on dead days at that. For instance today I ordered upon opening. A simple order one XL pizza half pep & half cheese. Took like an hour and when we finally received it it was warm at best. Cold enough that cheese and everything seperated from the crust and all. What ever changes have happened need to go back. This location used to be awesome.

Papa John's has the best tasting hand tossed pizza of the major chains....the one on 518 in Old Pearland is pretty good in delivering a good pizza.
