I had a family emergency and had to send some pizzas to my mom's house from long distance and manager Brian was happy to help!! No hassle no problems.... and when they delivered the pizza they even refused a tip due to my mom's circumstance!!!! To me

Delivery normally takes longer than its supposed to, but the pizza is always hot and prepared well.  The delivery people are always nice.

Horrible... the crust was uncooked and they hung up when i asked for a large pepperroni and wings that have no bones and they hung up so i called again asking for the same thing and they gave me only pizza when it was no even cooked!!!!!!!!!!!,

Service was horrible.  They forgot to deliver my pizza! I call them to see what had happened and Aubry their shift manager got all emotional and hung up on me.  I call back and her thug co worker picks up the phone and tells me too bad we forgot come pick it up. Then challenges me to a fight and starts to threaten me.  This is Quartz Hill, this guy Marcel needs to go work in East Palmdale or better yet be fired from this great franchise.
