I had to change my 5 star rating to a 1. Ive been ordering here for more than 10 years and  it had always been my favorite pizza. I didnt mind paying a higher price for it. However, lately  the pizza has been very low quality, the famous papa john flavor is not the same anymore and tastes just like any other pizza. To top it all off  the staff is always lazying around when i come in for pick up, and this last time i watched how one of the cooks was kneeding the dough with her long acrylic nails, handled my money, then went back to handling the dough. Ive noticed that the staff that had been working here for years isnt there anymore, i wonder if this has anything to do with it. Overall very disappointed.

I order a pizza and there were some issues but they were more then capable of making everything great.  I highly recommend this pizza joint!  Abby is the manager and he does an crushes it.

Honestly if I could give no stars, I would. The first couple of times ordering from them was a great experience. Then the bad service started and it's obvious to me now that it'll just continue no matter how many times I complain. I just received my free order of two pan pizzas and cheese sticks because last time I ordered this, it was cold and the pizza looked and tasted as if it had been sitting around all day and then just warmed up before being brought to me. This time, although it was free, the pizza once again looks and tastes old and is so dissatisfying. It also took two hours to get to me even though the person on the phone that took my order told me it would roughly be an hour. I called to check in after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting and was told my delivery had left the store 10 minutes prior to me calling and that I should receive it "any minute now" because their store is only 15 minutes away. I still waited an additional 40 minutes after that before receiving my food which wasn't even worth waiting for. Long story short, I'm very disappointed in this papa johns and won't be ordering from them ever again!

Been ordering for years. And lately this place has gone down hill. "Uh ok what do you want" "hmm ok" "our system is down can you give me ALL your information AGAIN".

Constantly degraded my order, was late on two occasions, and received wrong order on multiple occasions. Only reason I still buy here is because I'm certain they'll fix themselves and won't continue on this path. 

Customer service is actually very good on the other hand! Shame, if only they made their pizza as outstanding.
