Most of the times things go off without a hitch, but today it took 2 hours for my order to be delivered, all of 1.4 miles away, 45 minutes past the highest estimate of 75 minutes. Worse yet, the pizza was not made correctly. But worst of all is that the store did not answer their phone, they let it ring for several minutes and eventually hung it up. AWFUL customer service, completely inexcusable. I can understand being behind schedule and messing up an order.... but there's no excuse for not answering the phone. Incredibly poor experience.

I ordered a pizza for someone for Valentines Day and Amy was the one processing my order and she was the best team member I have ever had help me. She was polite, helpful, and very friendly. An absolute pleasure to do business with.

Terrible customer service. Placed me on hold at 11:20 just to never get back with me. Repeatably called back until they finally answered at 11:40 to tell me that starting at 11:40 they no longer do carry out. I would give them a 0 Star rating if I could . TERRIBLE!

Terrible manager! We made it to the store a few minutes early before our order was ready and we sat there listening to the jerk manager yell at his employees over every little thing like “if you aren’t going to do it right just get out of the way!” And “do you not know how to put a sticker on a box, I’m tired of you guys and making these disasters!” It made the 5 minute wait for us super uncomfortable with how rude he was! Plus he didn’t change his gloves after handling money. He just went right back to making pizzas. I will not be going back to this store because nobody should be treated like that and he needs to learn wash his hands!

This location suffers from the volume of student orders owed to all the apartment complexes around it.  Taste is not as good as less busy Papa Johns - mostly because they can barely keep their heads above water most getting pizzas made.

The location of this store is horrific to get in and out of.  The delivery is usually OK.  But, my order is wrong about 50% of the time on delivery and delivery times can sometimes go longer than 2-3 hours on occasion (during UF games and functions like graduation. ) When that happens, the restaurant has had the courtesy to call me when they get my online order and let me know of the delay upfront and if I'd prefer carryout.  They get it right with carryout - and the service staff are 10x better than the other chain pizza next door.  It's just extremely difficult to enter and exit Archer road from its driveway (and impossible if a delivery truck is there.)
