I wish I could put zero stars!!!! WORST STORE EVER I got the three-course deal for $12.99 which was one large pizza , garlic knots and a 2 L and when we got home finally super excited to eat we open the box and there was a flying roach in it. It was so disgusting ( obviously made me lose my appetite and I wasn’t able to eat) I then immediately called the store to let them know what happened and he told me that that was “ impossible “ because they are a very clean store and all they did was returned me my money (which is going to take 3 to 5 business days) and they hesitated at first to even return my money !! the manager gave me so much attitude and even called me “Bro” worst manager and the worst store ever. I will be calling corporate tomorrow to complain about how rude the manager was and how disgusting the food was, so dissapointed !!!!!

I always order from Papa Johns because I am a working mother and wife who has a very popular toddler with tons of play dates and visitors especially on the weekends. This afternoon, the moms in my building were relieved that I was off from work (I normally work 7am-3pm, but today, I was scheduled for the 3pm-11pm shift to help out a friend this holiday weekend) and, as they very well know, my place is the toddler-party-zone. I placed my regular order and had my husband pick it up. Everything was normal until about two hours into my work shift when I started getting calls from mothers demanding to know what I fed their children as they were all vomiting. I then received a frantic call from my husband (who had eaten a slice after I left for work) who was feeling ill himself but was more concerned that he would have to take our son to the ER for dehydration as he, too, was vomiting. I told my husband to take our son to the ER to make sure his electrolytes were not thrown off as a precaution and spent an hour on the phone with two very distraught mothers who I advised to take their children to the ER as well. As you can imagine, this was taking away from my ability to work effectively and my supervisor (who overheard all the hoopla) suggested that I leave and go take care of things at home. I arrived home not a moment too soon to find my son pale and visibly ill and my husband completely incapacitated and unable to care for our son because my husband was slumped over the toilet crying and puking his guts out regretting having had a slice of the pizza that was ordered. A horrible end to what should have been a normal weekend. Do NOT eat from here! They obvious don’t wash their hands when they’re done wiping their butts in the bathroom— so only God knows what “extra toppings” are on your pizza 🤢🤮

Always order from this store but today was just the worse, asked for half hawain with chicken and half cheese and got a terrible job, theres was no cheese and the pizza looked terrible and looked dragged all over the place this is the worse experience. Never again!!!

Ordered a pizza with extra cheese there was none at all. Pizza litterly made me sick to my stomach! Was in bathroom all night after eating pizza here. Toppings didn't eat taste fresh and I ate it fresh out the oven. Will never order here again!
