I just called to order a pizza and the man on the phone was so horribly rude. I'm ALWAYS polite to food service workers. He was short over the phone, and after finding out about a long wait time (yes I understand that it's Valentine's day) I asked to call back in a minute so I could avoid wasting his time while checking in with the other people that wanted the pie. He was sarcastic and rude and hung up on me with an "Yeah. Well. Okay bye" . I get it. Food service sucks and especially on holidays, but there is no reason you can't slap on your retail voice for two minutes for somebody who is trying their hardest to be sweet to you. This comment will probably fall on deaf ears, but wow. Don't chose this location.

I am really disappointed with PapaJohns for the first time - been a loyal customer for years. I ordered the large pizza with  chicken wings using coupon today... Well, where to start... 
1. The wings were rotten - I don't know how long they were laying somewhere there on their shelves to get to such state, but certainly they were not fresh and fried rotten. I am afraid of upset stomach if not worse now. I ordered un-sauced ones and now I see why they put too much of sauce and salt  to cover it up. This was my first (thanks to the meal coupon!) and last time of ordering wings from you!
2. Pizza - although it was fresh and right temperature, but.. there were some pieces of pizza with no meat or veggies on it whatsoever, with two meat toppings (chicken and beef) ordered - just one piece of tomato and one piece of mushroom or even just sauce with cheese! What is going on there guys? I do get that this was a coupon meal, but... But! Don't do business like that. Either do it appropriately or not do it at all! This is not acceptable!

Very, very disappointed. This took place on 22803 44th Ave. West, Mountlake Terrace WA,  today at 5 pm. 
The service was good, not a single complaint, but product.

Will not recommend to anyone!

I ordered pizza on Saturday morning expecting to get one when they open. I could not check my order status because they did not send confirmation email. As expected ready time was 11am, I arrived at 11:20 and found that they are still closed although their schedule starts at 10am.

Decent cheap pizza. Was a 5 star until the idiot delivery guy cut me off and almost hit me in the parking lot.
