As a Missouri S&T student, I've ordered from here multiple times due to the ability to use S&T meal points on Papa John's pizza. Every time the pizza has been great, and in terms of the actual food I have no complaints. However, the rest is largely hit-or-miss. First, the pizzas seem a bit pricey - 13 points (approx $13) for a 2-topping medium pizza seems excessive. Delivery has been troublesome. Of the three times I've ordered, two deliveries arrived in about an hour, no problem. The other time, however, was frustrating. When you call in for a pizza, you are asked for your phone number. I'm assuming they have old phones with no method of caller ID, which is a bit odd. This proved to be costly on this particular (non-busy, weekday) night, because after waiting for 2 hours, the pizza had not arrived. I called back and apparently they had misheard my number, and had gotten rid of the pizzas. They said they would remake the pizzas and deliver them within a half hour. The pizza showed up about 1 hour later, finally. Reading other reviews, it sounds like I am not the only one to have experienced this problem of misheard #s. This location needs to update or improve their system. Otherwise, everything is satisfactory, and with the occasional lapse in delivery, this Papa John's is decent.

Waited two and a half hours for my pizza. Called to see why the wait was so long after waiting an hour, said they had my phone number incorrect, even though I am in their system already and have not had trouble before. It took another hour and a half for my pizza to finally get here. When my order finally arrived, IT WAS COLD AS ICE. Worst pizza I have ever had, could only eat one slice because it was so horrible. Should not have wasted almost $30 with them.

Place is usually pretty quick  on carry out. Not sure on delivery. Always friendly service. Would recommend.
