I would give a ZERO rating if I could! Horrible phone service! They don’t care about your orders and have to verify coupons with the managers... Then they put you on hold forever to speak with the manager. Not worth your time or money! We called FOUR times and were put on hold each time for the same order!! At that point, it wasn’t worth wondering if someone would spit or do something worse to our order. STAY AWAY!!

If I could give a 0 Stars, I would. Unbelievable people at this location. There was a pizza missing from our order, a heart shaped one for a Valentine's day special that my 4 year old little girl wanted. Driver comes, my wife told him he was missing a pizza, he shrugged his shoulders and said "I'll be back I guess". My wife placed this order at 6pm, it is now 8:15pm and still no pizza. I called the store and a person answered to tell me "we ain't doin those heart shape pizzas yet, it ain't Valentine's yet". Manager comes on the phone and proceeds to tell me the same thing, never once asked me if a round pizza would work. Wheres the customer service? Now it's past my daughter's bedtime and the pizza still isn't here. The manager was quite rude and never offered an apology or to refund that one pizza that was 2 hours late. Horrible work ethic!

Here on vacation. Tired from traveling and just wanted a couple of pizzas. They brought the wrong pizza and none of the extras we ordered. Called back and manager said they would make it right. Well that was two phone calls and 1.5 hours ago. Not happy at all. Will be sending corporate a letter!!! So I have made my 5th phone call in 3 hours to this place. They have lied to me the entire time. They never made another pizza to replace the one they screwed up. I was told 3 different times that it was on its way. Talked to a second manager that told me it was never mentioned. I asked him the name of the other manager that lied to me, "I can't recall" is what I was told. So Ryan, the manager that gave his name wanted to charge me full price for the correct pizza, even though I had paid $30 for the wrong order. I told him I would not. I told him I wanted the correct pizza in 30 minutes. He told me it would take another 1.5 hours. He then tried to have me pay a delivery fee for a pizza that would take 1.5 hours to get. Once again, no. I was then offered a credit???? seriously!!! So a little over 3 hours after I made my original order I gave up. Great job Papa Johns. Are you kidding me😡😡😡😡😡

Zero stars. Terrible service and the employees seem disconnected. Nobody here hustles and they probably lose tons of business due to the extremely slow service. Bunch of zombies. One of the drivers sat in the car for 5 min browsing their music playlist.

Very horrible customer service .... The girls on the phone are very rude!!! It's been an hour n half since I ordered my food and they are 8mins away from my home!!! I've called and they said the driver was on his way .. that was 20mins ago! If u cant deliver then dont do it!!!
