Love this place. Always had great ingredients and plenty. Warm and friendly staff who's willing to make adjustment to fit my needs. Candice was fantastic!

Very disappointed in service received today. Heard a tv advertisement of buy two medium, 2 topping pizza's for $5.99 each. Called Papa Johns first to confirm it was there special. Nikki confirmed itcwas and asked for the order.Told her I would call her right back after seeing what toppings we wanted. Called back in 10 minutes and a guy answered. Told him I wanted the $5,99 special that I spoke with Nikki about. He put me on hold , came back and took my order. He told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. 
I asked the  total and He told me $14.72 . My estimation was about $13. When questioned the young man told me they did not have a $5.99  2 topping special and he charged me for extra toppings ? Bait and switch ?
I cancelled the order and called Pizza hut who accommodated my order. Such a shame as Papa Johns is in my neighborhood and I have to drive 3 miles past them to get to a pizza place I can trust. You lost a good customer over $2 and a lie Papa Johns .. Not much but I got to trust the people I do business with. There are too many pizza places around me for me to worry about a trust factor.

The pizza was ok at best. Pricing that was agreed to over the phone was much higher at the store. I didn't say anything at the time bc I was not happy and didn't want to blow up. I will not be using this location again

When hired Papa John's has specific standards employees must adhere to. Not at that location. Delivery drivers that smell like that they haven't showered, Mohammad. Management that deal with customers food having long hair, no hair protection. Hygenie is questionable. If you want "Better Pizza", Papa John's is NOT the place for it.

Great service. Good pizza. Not too expensive. All the employees are super cool. Have to expect delays on weekends. No problem
