OMG! So disappointed!!! While at work, I usually always use the Papa John's on Abrams for lunch and group orders...their pizza is AMAZING!!! But today, while at home, I decided to try out the Papa John's on Broadway in Garland. BIG mistake!!! BIG!!! Will never make that mistake again. Couldn't even finish one slice...AWFUL!!! They do not even deserve a star at ALL!!!  Zero!!!

Don’t typically eat a lot of pizza but when I do I prefer there to be sauce on it.. there was no sauce in my pepperoni pizza... how... does one forget the sauce on a pizza. I took it back and told them they made YET ANOTHER WITHOUT SAUCE.... took it back again they finally remade it. But Cade and Avery were so nice as always absolutely love love love them!

Love Papa John's.  But this location, is the worst.  Arrived at 10:25pm.  Door was open, yet the manager turned us and another group of guest behind us, saying they're closed!!!   He said they're going by the new time, which is 10:30, not 12.  BULL!!  Went to another location, said they're open tell 12.  Insane!

Me and My husband order here regularly, and we normally never have an issue.
My issue is not with the location or staff! They are great! 
It's with the Papa John's App. We placed a carryout order around 9:30pm. It even gave me confirmation. What it didn't tell me was that it placed it for tomorrow because carryout option was closed for the evening... So we showed up for our food for them to tell us no order was placed for today... It was upsetting. If I didn't select the option for future order and it was past allowed carry out time, it should have promoted me of that instead of not informing me and placing future order.
