I ordered four pizzas from this Papa John's at 8:41pm tonight and as of 11:10pm had yet to receive them even after numerous calls to the restaurant and the online system saying between 49-59 minutes. I spoke to someone for the fifth time and they informed me my pizzas had been delivered when indeed they had not, so she transferred me to the manager (Frank). I told him I had not received my pizzas, I've called several times, and I have kids who have patiently waited on their dinner. He said the delivery driver called me several times, which he did not, and he would have to send someone out to bring pizzas but it would be a few minutes (because I hadn't waited long enough the first time apparently). I just asked him for a refund because I don't have time to wait and he said he could refund my money but wouldn't send pizzas out in that case which wasn't an issue. I asked how long it would take to get my refund, he didn't know, but said he assured me I'd get it. I simply asked how I could be so sure since they had already assured me I'd get my pizzas. He smarted off saying the conversation was over and didn't appreciate me calling him a thief, which I didn't do. Papa John's is one of the few chains we can eat from with food allergies but after this service, we may just do without their food. I have not ever been spoken to in that tone by someone in the restaurant (or any other) industry nor do I ever intend to be spoken to that way again. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Or don't eat at all since apparently that's what they want you to do.

Sitting on the beach on Vacation.  We needed lunch. I called a competitor(Dominoes)and was dealibg with an extremely rude employee. Like my business didn't matter to him.   I called Anthony at Papa John's and explained that i was located at a beach access area.  I wondered if they could deliver here.  He said not a problem and the driver would call me when he was there. Being a former restaurant general manager you appreciate when someone does that little extra for the customer. Thanks again Anthony, delivery driver and whole staff!
