These people sent me home with a damn pizza that wasn't cut. But I guess it's fine when I call back up their and Brittney asks me if I want to bring it back to have it cut. I guess delivering one or giving me a credit just seemed like a bad idea. It's fine I'll have to just wait a couple of months before the whole staff turns over again. But hey it might not be worth the wait seeing has how the last time I waiting for new staff was after the last time, they delivered a pizza on with no cheese and sauce on one side .

Pizza was delivered a few minutes late but thats because our Apt is a little hard to find but the pizza was good and was still hot but the only thing is it barely had any toppings on the second one but delivery guy was nice and experience was good.

It's been a few months since I ordered here again before last night. But I must say this time I was pleasantly surprised. My pizza arrived at least 15 minutes before the estimated arrival time👍. It was cooked to perfection and the delivery driver was polite and made sure to check my credit card information like she was supposed to(I always worry about id theft). The only problem, and it's really not a big deal, is that the pizza cutter missed a few corners but ahhh the kids just tore right into it and kept eating LOL. Well improved since my last experience, which might I add they did reach out to me about and gave me free pizza.

READ THIS// first of all, to all you ENTITLED PPL who expect the world in the palm of their hand, yall have to understand certain policies are in place because of events that have transpired. Its not that they dont want to deliver the pizza just cuz ur card isnt there. Its for the SECURITY of the customers. This particular location isnt the best as far as demographics is concerned, and if they were to allow pizzas to be delivered without showing SOME form of id it would be the wild west in terms of fraudulent charges. Now, whose check do you suppose those chargebacks get taken out of?? Thats right, the drivers checks who only make minimum wage i might add. So just because it throws a snag into your plans as far as not being able to show or produce your card does not mean you should hold it against PJs. If anything, you should have understood their cc policy before u placed the order that way you could have made the necessary arrangements. To the ppl  whose addresses they don't deliver to, its only for the safety of their drivers. Theyve cut off certain addresses because either their drivers have been ROBBED, or they have been given counterfeit money at these locations. You all have to understand not everyone is out to get you, and just because you cant have things the way u particularly want them you shouldn't get all bent out of shape. Learn PATIENCE. And as far as "hair" in the pizza, that sounds like some sour grapes to me. Ive ordered here a hundred times and have yet to see a hair in my pizza. Keep doing what u do PJs dont let the ENTITLED bring yall down!!

First let me say, I love Papa John's Pizza! After moving, this is my first time ordering at this location. They sent us two pizzas with pepperoni instead of one with pepperoni and one with cheese. When we called, they said not to eat the mistake pizza because they would be back with the correct pizza and would pick up the old one. To do what? Serve it to someone else? An hour later, no correct pizza so I called back and was told someone was supposed to have delivered it and that the manager would go check, but instead he hung up the phone. Again, I love Papa Johns, but am very disappointed in this service.
