I've ordered pizza from this particular papa and never had any issues with delivery or wait times. Tastes like any other papa John's.

Horrible pizza. Numerous issues, it seems like the employees are too bothered to cut any pizza, 3 times it wasn't cut at all, another time it looked like a newborn took a machete to it. They pile all the toppings it the middle. ALWAYS forget extra sauces, and another time the pizza was burnt so bad it was unrecognizable as to what pizza it should have been. Avoid this place like the plague and go to Domino's on 2nd, they're good.

How is this still open?  Delivering cold pizza over an hour late.  Some people think pizza is better cold in the morning, but I don't appreciate it being delivered in that state.

Waited hour and half for food, called them asking if they sent it yet. Was told they came and knocked on my door multiple times and called me multiple times (never got the knock or call) and then someone else proceeded to tell me I never told them the address. Going back to dominoes, never had that problem with them

the absolute worst experience ever. I work at a corporation and we ordered it at 5:15 pm and called 7 times after the driver drove past our building multiple times. We finally go in contact with a manager only for them to tell us that they could remake it and deliver it or not deliver it at all. by this point we were getting ready to leave the building at 9 so it wasn't even worth it. Rest in peace to the driver.
