I usually go to this area to see the orthodontist for my daughter and after finishing my daughter asked me to buy pizza and I got to know this store!!!Great service, nice dealing with customers, and very fast in preparing food orders, I no longer order pizza except from this one!! and they have a variety of delicious desserts !!!also there is a parking lot behind the store!!!! It’s amazing, I recommend this store!!!!

The delivery guy  don't like to deliever door to door delivery meanwhile it's part of the service he  was rude, he didn't even want to come up at least the elevator since they don't like to come up what's the sense of paying for delivery service they shouldn't be asking  on how we want our delivery service on the website if they not going to deliver properly. I waited half an hour for a burnt cold pizza

Zero stars. Papa John’s needs to do something, this restaurant smears the name of the company.  The owner threatens you a friend of mind, saw it with my own eyes, and won’t deliver to the door. Was in my house with a broken foot and had to argue with the owner and delivery driver to come to my door. My wife, who was very sick had to walk downstairs to pick up $30+ worth of food.  Then, they tried to mark my order as delivered without actually delivering the food and took another 50 minutes on top of the 50 minutes I waited to get the food. So basically 1 hour and 40 minutes — I spent $34.00. Thats a lot of money to be treated that way. Especially for pizza.  Also very cheap, they tried to charge my buddy seventy five cents for a garlic sauce and didn’t include the pepper that comes with my order. It’s worse than the DMV.

If you have nothing else to do and want to waste your time by waiting around 30 min for someone to complete your order this is the place to be. Took 30 min to make 7 peices of bread.

This place is trash, you order and tip they still don’t come up. Yesterday I ordered my son a pizza pie, everything was fine with his pie but I on the other hand was tired of ordering anything from there cause they’re really bad, but I decided that I would order some chicken bits, chicken looked great, I bit into it and can’t break it apart with my teethwhen chicken is tough like that it’s probably raw I tried to eat another one.. same thing, through all the chicken in the garbage, I recommend you eat somewhere else!

Awesome pizza! My friend brought me here, wasn't sure how the new pan pizza would be. Turns out to be yum,yum.... love it!

I usually buy here with no issues since I have a special discount from my job, they usually get it right, but today I’ve been waiting for over an hour for my correct order.  They sent the wrong pizza and wrong soda, the ticket even has a different address on it so idk how that happened.  We’ve been waiting and waiting to receive what we order and they said “yeah, he’s on his way”. Waited and waited and called again: “give us a few minutes, he’s delivering other pizzas”. You would think that if they mess up, they would try to fix their mess before delivering to other people. We ordered, paid and expected what we ordered and paid for. It’s not that hard.

It was really not bad, It only took like 30 minutes..

The pizza was fine in all fairness.  But they sent me cinnamon buns I'm highly allergic to cinnamon and it's been an hour that I've been waiting for the correct order. I called the first time to politely inform them of THEIR mistake and it sounded like they were joking around while on the phone and seemed like the manager didn't care. Second time I called and what was said to me was, "I don't know what to tell you the driver will be there in a few minutes" Great service Papa John's on S. Broadway in Yonkers
