This is so upsetting! Would never EVER come back! Too much sauce, semi-raw dough, and 5% toppings in a center of the pizza - like 1.5 - 2inch diameter of toppings in the center! That was a Philly Steak pizza which is 3 toppings pizza, and I could count like 8 pieces of meat, few green peppers and onion chopped with thumb-width pieces - which tasted like steamed onion! That was a BOGO deal... The second one - none the better! So I pain $29 for two big pieces of bread with 50% cheese coverage. Never again! P.S. Question to employees - Would you make your mom pizza like that?
I ordered via Uber Eats. My order consisted of a Create your Own pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and the 3 cheese blend. What I received was a pizza with only sausage. My order ticket is printed on the box, so I can verify that Uber Eats did not pick up the wrong order, but that Papa Johns put the wrong pizza in my box.
Horrible experience. Waited 45min past the wait time we were told. Staff was not friendly or seeming to handle our order just kept telling me 4 min . Didn't seem to be a manager on duty. Nobody said anything to us, we watched drivers come in and out a few times while wee were waiting. They said the oven was down but drivers got their pizza almost as soon as they came in and they said we were waiting on the wings
I read some bad reviews but we had a very pleasant experience. We went in the staff was friendly prompt and quick, we were in and out in from ordering to eating in around 20 min. The restaurant was clean and in order, there is plenty of parking and a very good location for pickup service. Would reccomend this place for a good quick clean pizza place! Food - 7 Cleanliness - 9 Service - 8 Overall a good experience thanks guys.!
Shout out to Anthony at this location! Here’s what happened.. My drink was missing from my order two weeks ago. It happens and is pretty common, either that or condiments, no biggie. I called them up, spoke with Anthony, who listened and told me he had a driver coincidentally heading my way with my drink, reassuring me that it’s no inconvenience for them at all and apologized for the forgotten drink. After a good hour, no drink in sight, I called again wondering if I can just have my drink refunded since we were planning to head to sleep at that point anyway. Anthony apologized and exceeded my expectations, he gave me a credit for my next order and still had my drink delivered. Now, in addition to that, come today I called them up and spoke with Anthony again. Without any delay, he quickly acknowledged me by my name, we laughed a bit about our experiences within the food industry, and he ended up taking care of my whole order! It was completely unexpected, above and beyond, and I genuinely appreciated how he remembered and followed through. Anthony showed high customer service standards, was very professional, confident in his responses, and friendly. He’s an excellent credit to this Papa John’s location and I can see him making a name for himself in his chosen industry.
Consistently terrible. The dough management is an atrocity, and the employees appear to have received no training whatsoever. I worked at Papa John's while I was going to college. I know what their standards are. This place fails on every count. Cleanliness, quality, speed of service, and overall experience are not what the company strives for. Until they get a MAJOR restructuring of this location, I'd say avoid it like the plague. I attached some pictures of their dough for those who know what it is supposed to look like. I'm fairly tall, so when I walked in it was pretty obvious to me they don't clean up. They have a window sill above their pizza make line that was covered with flies. Not the common house fly, but those little annoying fruit flies. Another indication of poorly managed dough, and substandard cleanliness.
First off app is useless if you want to half a pizza it's literally not an option unless you build a pizza per topping. Second after ordering and being told my order would be ready in 10-20 min. Which would have made it ready just past closing. You cannot call them past closing. Won't even connect you so when I was trying to call and say im coming and was stopped and delayed but will be there 10 min after close 100% I couldnt. Went anyways and when I got there was told my order was voided. Instead of letting me pay for it still and take home my pizza they kept it for themselves and wouldn't let me pay for my pizza. I ORDERED. SCREW THIS PLACE I WONT EVER RETURN HERE OR TO PAPA JOHNS AGAIN. Would have gone anywhere that's better but no one was open. Horrible service horrible experience won't make the mistake if ever coming here again
I'm kind of in shock by what was delivered. The pizza was raw. The crust was actually gooey. Like there is a chance this didn't even go in the oven. It's bizarre. I don't even know how to feel about it because this is so beyond terrible that I almost think it was done on purpose. I have never seen anything like this in my life. What's frustrating is even if I call the store they will just give me the run around and offer me a free pizza etc but this complaint should really be ACTUALLY heard and addressed. Obviously I don't want another pizza, I'm scared of your pizza and establishment and will never go near it again. What I want to know is who did this and why exactly.

Ordered pizza on Christmas, I saw they were outside and watched the driver drive up and leave. Didnt use the door bell for the apt or even get out of the car or call. They sent another one over for free and the same thing happened. By this time we had been waiting for about 3-4 hours and decided to just make sandwiches and accepted 2 free pizzas at a later date. We understood because they contracted to door dash it wasn't thier fault. However when we called to redeem the guy told my bf an hour but when I called to confirm address because they didn't he said over an hour and he was very rude. Well they delivered the wrong pizza and drink. We called and asked to speak to the manager and the guy lied and said he had to get the manager but then said the manager was busy and he would call us back. The girl who delivered the right drink the 2nd time this night apologized and said the manager wasn't even there? All in all we had to wait a total of 40 min to speak to someone, they took the order down incorrectly, provided the wrong drink, cold pizzas and lied instead of being upfront about the situation. May not seem like much but after 4 attempts to get the original order over 2 days along with the attitude they gve us was enough for us to decide to end our love affair with that Papa johns. Kudos for the door dash driver willing to bring the correct drink on the 4th attempt to make it right
