Got our pizza 20 min late, cold, and it looked like this. The driver saw us wave her down as she sat in the driveway for 5 min before leaving and drove off as soon as she saw us.
Better to have it delivered to you when you say 45 minutes expect an 1.5 hrs. when you go to pick it up and it says 20 minutes. 45 minutes to an hour. Didn't acknowledge nobody coming in and very disorganized two managers barking orders and not even helping lower employees lead by example must not be in their slogan
They need to schedule more than 1 cook and 1 driver on a friday night. And dont buy the ny style crust or shaq attack pizza, stick with the original crusted pizzas.
Good pizza, great deals! I used to love them, and couldn't figure out why I stopped. Finally I ate a piece of the kid's pizza from there, and realized I really didn't like the pepperoni they use. Now I always order "cheese" only, with light sauce, bc they use way too much sauce. I recommend ordering online, bc they have better specials and I see people saying they got their order wrong, but I order online and they have NEVER gotten my order wrong, and I order from there a few times a week. Once I actually typed the order in wrong and they remade my pizza free. They gave my pizza to the wrong person once, and to make up for it they gave me a free drink. I always pick up, so I can't speak on their delivery, but I've never gotten poor customer service here.
Bit into a cold, soggy, fatty, undone wings..i called the manager and she was rude and said the wings are all pre-cooked and you you want it well done you have to order it that way like it was steak...the pizza was okay
This papa John's has the best customer service ever they great you with respect and has great hospitality great management team and hot pizza the best pizza is cheese burger pizza you must stop by.
Gave 1 star just so I could leave this review. I ordered on 3-19-22. I was charged 63.08, this was a Saturday. On Monday it cleared my account on 3-21-22. The following day, on 3-22-22 I see another charge for the same amount. I call my bank and I'm informed that Papa John's has charged me AGAIN. So I call and speak to a girl named Rose, she says she's the manager. Tell her about it, she's asks for my number and tells me I haven't ordered since February 20th. When clearly I did, or I wouldn't have been charged. I want my money back, I will be contacting a lawyer!
i paid 40$ for food that i never got. tried calling the store to talk to someone and every time they hung up on me. tried to talk to the online support chat and they told me that if i couldn’t reach the store i could fill out a corporate complaint form and someone would “eventually get back to me”. edit: i’m still waiting on someone to get back to me. don’t order from here. hopefully management can get it together one day.
The toppings to pizza ratio was lacking, even the onions and bell peppers were sparse....I could have gotten a more loaded pizza at Walmart. Overpriced for the amount of toppings....$43 dollars for some bread sticks and a medium pizza...
Ordered online 1.5 hours ahead of time. Arrive at 7 as scheduled, get told it’s not ready yet I see 5 pies sitting there. After waiting 10 minutes for my pizza to get cold they ask my name again and sure enough those 5 pies are mine. Nicely done papa Johns
