Ordered the Shaqaroni with pepperoni and extra onions.  There was no option to add extra pepperoni.  Arrived hot, had an adequate crust to support the toppings, and smelled good… very herb-y.  Tasted fine, but wanted more pepperoni as the slices provided were very thin.  Would order again, but a different pie with the extra topping.Food: 4/5

Got pizza delivered with boneless wings  I’ll just say there chicken nuggets they forgot my pizza called up there that was some work after ten minutes they sent me my pizza nasty as hell all the food will not ever order there again I figured I would give them a try nope never again big mistake. Can’t understand English can’t understand stand the manager not good  didn’t even get an apology or offered a refund for anything

Worst experience I have ever encountered. I guess my online order wasn't transmitted correctly. I arrived at store and counter guy was on phone with their help desk talking about my order to manually enter it in system one item at a time. He didn't tell me any of this I just over heard him talking about me.  I guess they couldn't enter it in and I was supposed to get a phone call from their customer support. He doesn't tell me this until after he hangs up and takes like 4 other customers. And  then just tells me I will be getting a phone call about my order. All of this while I stand there for 30 mins waiting with no updates. No apology or anything from them. Then I notice a call from unknown number went to my voicemail saying my order was cancelled and won't get refund for 5 days. What a waste of time. I will never order from Papa Johns Pizza ever again.

Employee was disrespectful. Came to pickup my order and had my receipt with my order ready with my order number and name on it. They gave me the incorrect order which was 2 tiny pizza boxes. I immediately knew it wasn’t correct because I ordered 2 medium pizzas, 3 different wings, and cheesy bread. But he demanded it was my order and continued to push the boxes to me and ordered I take the order because he was correct and I was incorrect. He demanded I looked at the screen because my “order” had no wings or anything but it was clear as day on my phone and my total being $70 he was definitely incorrect. Once he printed the receipt THERE WAS A DIFFERENT NAME ON IT THAT DIDNT EVEN MATCH MINE! Once he had finally realized he was the incorrect one he went and grabbed my actual food and apologized. This place really needs to be more professional and needs less attitude and needs less of the “I’m correct you’re wrong” mentality. He didn’t even care to look at my receipt on my phone. Just automatically insisted he was correct. Absolutely horrible. Will NEVER be doing business here again and would not recommend to anybody after this experience. Higher ups please look into your employees.

I had the opportunity to taste pizza at this location, and it was indeed one of the best pizzas I had in the near past. The deal itself was awesome, but that free garlic bread on $30 purchase made it even wonderful. Thanks for the great customer service and amazing deal, guys.Food: 4/5

Food was great, got buffalo chicken bites and a mushroom pizza. 10/10  Food came quickly also which was nice. 10/10  Atmosphere was pretty neutral, nothing bad or good just your average pizza place. 8/10  Also I injured myself in the parking lot pretty badly my fault I’m young and reckless and one of the employees who was an older white gentleman came out with some basic first aid supplies and he kept joking to make me feel better. 12/10

do not recommend this location - there was a hair in my food and when i called to discuss with a manager, they were unable to properly understand me. i had to speak with at least 5 different people and was hung up on multiple times. Dawood da-wuud was very rude to us. we will not return to this location as staff members are useless and rude.

I came in the night to place a order for our party. I stood there over 10 minutes while the worker was going over details with the delivery driver perhaps doing calculations. It probably would have taken over 20 minutes to make my order I’m sure they could have went over their calculations after placing my order. As there was no interest in taking my order or even acknowledging me I left and brought my order to another shop.

Literally enough onions on half of my pizza for 5 pizzas unsure why anybody would think that’s ok this pic is about half the onions from ONE SLICEFood: 2/5
