Placed an order for a sausage pizza no cheese… the driver claimed he had no change and kept all my cash and didn’t give me change. Then I open my pizza and there’s no toppings and just cheese. Tried calling the store and no one would answer

Ordered food last night, and the bread sticks & cinnamon pull apart were good however the pizza looked like this. Loaded with sauce and wasn’t even cooked fully. Also the size of the pizza?? The camera makes it look bigger, but it was micro and not what we have received previously with this size. Definitely not worth the $45.Food: 2/5

Service was beyond the worst I’ve experienced. I called to report my problems and all I got was attitude and a phone hung up in my face after being put on hold repeatedly. The Alfredo bowl as you see in the photos was what it looked like, scraps!!! I am so embarrassed to even open this. It was filled with vegetables no pasta and literally 4 pieces of chicken. They also gave me the wrong soda. I will never be ordering from here again and I advise anyone who is thinking on buying from them, DO NOT!!! Save your money and to think I tipped the driver 10 bucks!? Yuck I’m beyond disgusted with the lack of customer service also hygiene.

Not happy at all I ordered cheese sticks, just plain cheese sticks and they couldn’t even get it right they actually lost the first Cheese stick that I ordered so they had to make a new one and then when I got it, it was not right at all like it was burnt and it was not enough cheese on there it looks so dry. I’m just not happy like I could’ve kept my money.

Ordered online for delivery and then I get a notification that my order was going to be delivered by door dash. The door dash driver gets to my house and only has my breadsticks and then that’s when Papa John’s called and said they only have half the order. I was then promised a 2 liter soda and that they will send another driver with my pizza. My pizza gets here and I have no soda and my pizza is cold. I will never order from this store again.

Fat black dude that work there don’t work at all. I ain’t seen him in a while hopefully y’all let him go. Anytime I came to order he was on his phone, the mf be outside taking smoke breaks every 15 minutes in his van. I let it side multiple times because he used to give me extra food and just pocket the money but he is the WORST. He said he was a manager but I doubt that, no good customer service at all.

I don't know what happened... But back in the day I use to LOVE getting pizza from this location. Now it seems like everything is always poorly made! From burnt pizza crust, to your pizza being flipped up side down, garlic bread knots is ALWAYS questionable. I don't know if it's due to my food being delivered or what, but I need to find a better location or just stop eating Papa John's altogether. This was my 1st and LAST time ordering a heart shape pizza from Papa John's.. The crust was burnt, I had thin crust pizza before... But this pizza wasn't it. Just terrible! Only gave 2 stars because the wings were actually good

I don’t order from no other papa johns but this one! Look how delicious this is! They get me right every time. This is a well Done, extra extra cheese Philly steak with green pepper and  black olive pizza.
