I have ordered from this store 3 times now and twice the food was delivered late. I recently got a “we’re sorry, about your food, order again with this free promo code for a free medium cheese pizza.” Come find out the code given, wasn’t even valid. Won’t be ordering from this store again.Food: 5/5

Do not order here! I ordered on the phone. Was quoted 20.49 as my price, and 25-30 minutes for delivery. Instead - 1 hour and 40 minutes later, we received cold pizza. The ticket showed that it had been out for delivery for over an hour.  And we were charged $29 not $20.  We almost refused delivery, but our kids were starving and it was about 10 minutes past bedtime at this point. Then - we open the box - and the pizza is smashed.  Half the toppings stuck to the lid, some fell back on the pizza, but - gross! Needless to say we will never order from here again.

One of the two pizzas I ordered this evening was completely wrong. Some of my family couldn't eat because they couldn't have what was delivered. When I call the phone number for this location, it rings 7 times, and then Verizon says, "This call cannot be completed as dialed.  Please check the number and try your call again."  Ots the same phone number in the Papa John's app and on Google. This is ridiculously poor and unacceptable.

Ordered a simple stuff crust with pep, hard to mess up, well they did again for the third time, it will be the final time ordered from this papa johns. Came burnt, delivery driver was fantastic though! even called before he got to the door. Unfortunately the product was beyond sub par, but reading the other reviews shows the exact same issue hasn't been resolved over the last 6 months.

Tried to call to give them a chance to hear me out first but… when I asked for a manager they put me on hold for 15 minutes+… eventually I just hung up.  1 I’m pregnant and the delivery driver banged on my door like he was the police. I was almost scared to go to the door.  2 he was very rude and aggressively told me to acknowledge that I’m not going to leave him a tip.. I don’t put tips on my card only give cash because of my banks dumb processing methods. But after his aggression I 100% didn’t want to give it to him but still did despite it…. I shouldn’t have  3 The bag that held my drink REAKS of cigarette smoke. Again I’m pregnant… I don’t want to smell smoke for the rest of the day. Won’t be ordering papa johns ever again.  4 and whoever cut this pizza is geometrically challenged

We took a break from ordering here for a couple months because the quality of our orders was really poor. Decided to give them another try the other day and this was the result. Pretty much sums up our experience.

Chase makes mean crust and pizza when they let him; it is soft and worth eating the edges. I am not an "edge eater", just too much dough and  it is usually too hard. 5-stars to this young man for his crust skills! The store is clean, the workers are friendly, and not a long wait for food.Food: 5/5

Whole order was undercooked. Cookie was completely raw in the middle.  Manager did not believe me and was rude and very unprofessional. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience, just a "What do you want me to do about".  After reading pervious reviews this seems to be a constant issue among other. Perhaps have your oven tested.Food: 1/5

Worst experience ever!!!  I may never order at Papa Johns again.  Ordered a pizza tonight shortly after 10PM.  the order said 35-45 minutes.  Finally received pizza at almost midnight.  Opened up a chat session. Agent told me to fill out the feedback form.  Feedback form would not accept the order number given on your tracker page.  Received box finally at midnight with no order number that I could fill out the feedback form.  Agent disconnected my chat.  To say that Papa John's sucks is an understatement.  The good news is that even though the pizza was cold when received, the jalapeno poppers are delicious.  I am afraid that if I order them again I will be dead by the time I receive them.  I should have ordered from the local pizza joint Chanellos.   Pizza is not much more expensive, but they actually deliver, and the pizza is better.

Papa Johns has been our go to for delivery pizza. Normally, everything is great and satisfying, not tonight, 11/19/2021. We ordered a large Super Hawaiian, which had barely any pineapple or Canadian bacon, and somehow chicken ended up on our pizza. The pizza crust was sub par, not the usual Papa John Pizza crust. The cheesey bread initially looked great but the crust was separating, old crust was used to make it. We also ordered garlic knots, like we always do because you can't get Papa Johns with out garlic knots. The garlic knots are usually large enough that it takes three good size bites to eat. Tonight the garlic knots must have been sent through a shrinking machine because all eight of them were bite size and extremely small, around an inch big. We understand that their are staffing issues, supply chain problems, but quality of the product and the customer service your providing to your customers comes from within the individual that owns the franchise and their employees. If you can't do it right, don't do it at all. Give me your franchise and everyone will get amazing pizza.
