We ordered two pizzas and discovered MULTIPLE long blonde hairs in the pizza. At first, we thought it was an accident and just one slice and then my kids found it on 4 other slices and we completely lost appetite and tossed it. $30 down the drain and totally turned off. : Would love a refund because it was a special treat for us to order it and it was ruined.

Thank you Brandy! I ordered a pizza online and had a coupon. The coupon didn't go through and I accidentally purchased the pizza without the coupon. I called the store immediately and spoke with Brandy. She was so nice and very helpful. We discussed options and I told her whatever worked best for her worked for me. She honored the coupon despite it being my fault for messing up the order. Things like this go a long way with me and I appreciate the great customer service! Thanks again!

Good papa Murphy's. walked right in ordered my pizza and got it 5 minutes later. Nobody rolled their eyes at me, see other reviews lol. Overall great experience. I've ordered from this place a few times and I've never had a hick up.Food: 5/5

Just picked up my order and was blown away at how great Mateo was.  He was extremely friendly, professional, and was eager to help. 10/10 could not recommend his service enough.Food: 5/5

I often come here Tuesday's, for their $12 any large pizza deal and I order the  garden veggie toppings but I ask for their dairy free cheese, substituted for their dairy cheese. They usually charge me $12. They have a sign that says $12 any large pizza. Today they said they they have to charge me $15 for a large pizza because of the vegan cheese, and justified it by talking about their costs to make it. You can't advertise $12 any large pizza and charge me $15 for a large pizza.

Quality of pizza is very poor. I had ordered about 2 months ago and the pizza was delicious with a lot of toppings. The cheese then would be hanging when you picked up a piece. Today the crust tasted like cardboard and very little toppings and not much cheese at all. I purchased a Hawaiian and all meat like in the past. 38 bucks wasted. Frozen store bought was better than what we had tonight.

I just went in to this papa Murphy's at 10 mile road and West cherry lane  I am disabled I have a registered service dog and they denied me  Service Because of my dog I suggest no one come here they were rather rude
