Much better pizza than the other takeout/delivery places.  Yes, you have to bake it yourself when you get home. But your pizza is fresh out of the oven hot that way.  And you can crisp up the crust to exactly how you like it too.

I ordered a sausage and Pepperoni pizza and half Mushrooms Peppers half Sausage and Spinach . Garlic bread. Only disappointed that I had to bake it myself didn't pay attention to the directions but at least I was able to eat it right from the oven hot and fresh !

The food tase very good. They are friendly and helpful. It is only take out.Food: 5/5

Terrible service. Did not know what a veterans discount was. Wouldn't tell me the status of my rewards. Walked out.

Super fresh ingredients!!! I always eat Papa Murphy’s at different locations and am never disappointed; however, I was in a different part of town and stopped in here. Wow!  This  particular location in Mansfield had the freshest ingredients of any so far. Loved it. Now I wish I had got the young mans name who greeted me and I’m guessing made the pizza. I ordered online for pickup tonight around 7:00pm. No idea how I’m supposed to upload a picture. Hmm....

What's not to love? Hop online, order your pizza, set your oven as you walk out the door, come home pop it in and in on average 12 minutes you have a hot and ready pizza legitimately fresh out of the oven. It's not bad, but not excellent either. I had to make an unexpected stop before picking up my order, I thought that they kept the pizzas in a cooler. Nope, just sitting on a rack right at the entrance.  If you don't pick up your order asap, it will just be sitting out at room temp, which should be against public health code because an item such as this is not a dry good but should be refrigerated, so it should be required to keep them stored at less than 40 degrees per public health codes usually. I guess this place found some sort of loophole because it is takeout?  Regardless, the pizza is usually good, but the larger pizzas tend to not cook properly in the center, the outside tends to get burned and the middle of the pizza is underdone and tastes a little like raw dough.

The pizzas here are awesome. Cooking the pizza at home is fun and gives you the added experience of having that wonderful smell of a fresh baked pizza throughout your house. The cooking time is reasonable and the toppings are not skimpy and seem to be of good quality. My only reason for not giving a top rating is because the excellent service we started to get ended pretty abruptly when the store suddenly became much busier. While I understood them trying to cut their time with my family short, I also felt ignored because it was our first ever visit to a Papa Murphy's store and we had more questions we wanted to ask about how to cook the pizzas.  Luckily, when we got home we found the cooking instruction's wrapped up in each pizza. Not quite the personal touch I would have liked but I will go back again because the food was excellent.
