Thank you Brandy! I ordered a pizza online and had a coupon. The coupon didn't go through and I accidentally purchased the pizza without the coupon. I called the store immediately and spoke with Brandy. She was so nice and very helpful. We discussed options and I told her whatever worked best for her worked for me. She honored the coupon despite it being my fault for messing up the order. Things like this go a long way with me and I appreciate the great customer service! Thanks again!

I often come here Tuesday's, for their $12 any large pizza deal and I order the  garden veggie toppings but I ask for their dairy free cheese, substituted for their dairy cheese. They usually charge me $12. They have a sign that says $12 any large pizza. Today they said they they have to charge me $15 for a large pizza because of the vegan cheese, and justified it by talking about their costs to make it. You can't advertise $12 any large pizza and charge me $15 for a large pizza.

I just went in to this papa Murphy's at 10 mile road and West cherry lane  I am disabled I have a registered service dog and they denied me  Service Because of my dog I suggest no one come here they were rather rude

Delicious pizza that you  bake yourself.  We love doing half and half pizzas. I love the salads too.

Quality of pizza is very poor. I had ordered about 2 months ago and the pizza was delicious with a lot of toppings. The cheese then would be hanging when you picked up a piece. Today the crust tasted like cardboard and very little toppings and not much cheese at all. I purchased a Hawaiian and all meat like in the past. 38 bucks wasted. Frozen store bought was better than what we had tonight.

Multiple times they have forgotten parts of my order or overcharged me. Do NOT order using the website. It adds a dollar Everytime you edit your order. Not user friendly. I used to work for Papa Murphys. Things have gone downhill since I worked there

Run by a bunch of kids. Poor workmanship,  no since of emergencie . Attitude is just slap it together.  Going down hill.

We ordered on Tuesday for 10.00 pizzas. When we showed up to pick up the pizza, we were charged full price for one, with the manager on 12/29 at 7 pm saying there were more than 5 toppings... definitely only 4 on the pizza. The second pizza looked terrible with just a few toppings lumped in the middle.  We've had issues here before and will now only use the store on Fairview. Do yourself a favor and use that one also! Much better customer service from employees and more care in completing orders.

I got 2 family size pizzas. 1 pizza was cheese and the other was a 2 topping with barely any toppings and clump in a little pile instead of spread out. Over $30 for pizza that I have to bake myself... I don’t think so! Will not be getting pizza from there again.
