I’d be embarrassed to call this a pizza. Our large pizza was 50 percent crust!!! Literally half the pizza was the crust, and they completely skimped out on the actual toppings. My first and last time here.Food: 1/5

Everything we’ve ordered here comes out great and is delicious. Better deal than regular pizza places and you can’t get any fresher than out of your own oven. They make the baking process super easy. No baking sheet needed. Cook it right on what it comes on.Food: 5/5

The pepperoni pizza  we received  only had  9 pieces  of pepperoni - limited cheese and was made very sloppy .We used to go here for years and the quality was excellent . We were so disappointed. I called three times and left a message no one returned my call . I finally got George on the phone today who is the owner . He was extremely rude and unapologetic. He wanted to give me $3.00 off my next pizza and took no responsibility for quality control of his product . I wouldn’t waste your time supporting  papa Murphys on College Ave anymore - the quality was very poor and the service was terrible.

Unfortunately under the current administration we are seeing the effects of mass uncontrolled government spending and slush funds, The prices of everything are exploding out of control. I love papa Murphys but it's becoming to expensive to afford. The cost of everything will continue to sky rocket further and faster with California's already implemented water restrictions.  Once you use your allotted few gallons of water your shut off. It's already happening in Oroville, grassvally, Tahoe national forest area some parts of Sacramento and will be coming to a neighborhood near you. Man you have to love the democrats isn't like great,, yay go biden

Ordered a mushroom pizza end of the day. When I picked it up it looked black. Thought it might be black olives. Question the manager. He said it was mushroom.  Got it home it was disgusting. It was covered a half an inch thick. Obviously dumped the bottom of his mushroom container. I picked it off and sliced some fresh ones and cooked it. Called the manager did not pickup. End of day. Next day I called and reported the problem. He told me mushrooms turn black when you slice them and would turn white when you heat it. Crazy. I told him it was disgusting and I have sliced mushrooms and that is not true. It would have been better if he had said they were out. He became abusive and adversarial over a twenty dollar pizza. I said I wanted another another pizza sometime he laughed and hung up. Really was terrible customer service. And a crappie little hole in the wall. The Papa Murphy’s in Sebastopol is great. Super staff and clean and fresh ingredients. I’ll never go there again.

Avoid at all cost  Doesn't even deserve 1 star. This Manager and son really know nothing about customer service. They are ruining a perfectly great franchise pizzeria company reputation with their poor attitude and rude service. They should remove the hassle free pizza sign from their window. Heaven forbid you ask for something they have offered previously. They certainly do know how to say we don't offer that anymore. They certainly can't remember how to make it. Have a problem with something that they've made you.  As they both will role there eyes and that's just the beginning. Then you become the problem. I could go on but I hate writing bad reviews.  Go to any of the other 3 Papa Murphy's in the area. You will get a better make, no hassle and friendlier service. These folks are not happy with the franchise. It truly shows.

Worst ever, the woman who took order was so unprofessional and rude, kept calling me Hannah and was just huffing and ouffing and this is the Pepperoni pizza we got.. where's the PepperoniFood: 1/5

They always get it right and it’s easy and quite  good pizza at a great price. Only four stars because they close so early.  Closing time is 8 PM, sharp. They will not answer the phone after 7:15. You better have the money in hand and ready to order of you make it there after 7:40.  Seriously.  They will lock the doors. “No soup for you!”

Ordered online & needed it 3 hours early. Staff was very accomodating! In & out in less than 10 minutes.  Parking: Plenty of spots in a strip mall.

Just went and picked up a heart shaped pizza. It’s super good and love baking pizza at home. Would highly recommend
