This is the slowest papa murphys I've ever been to and it seems like the employees always have a bad attitude when I come in. They give me dirty looks and made snide comments when I come in to pick up my pizza after 25 minutes, bluntly noting "the order says it would be ready in THIRTY MINUTES SIR." I've run out of patience and excuses to keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt so I'll just drive a little further to a location without the negativity. Beyond the attitude my pizza usually is poorly made with uneven dough and sloppy topping placement.

The customer service is awesome and there also pretty fast with making your order and I like the location it's close enough to walk thereFood: 4/5

I will like to thank this young man that works at this place his name is Adrian and he's Manager Wayne they took their time to help us my children and me that day I strongly recommend anyone that wants to buy a pizza somewhere to go there they are so nice. AVOID this place! Dude ripped us off. We ordered one medium pizza. He said $6.99 special. Checked my bank bill it was $20.00! We could have bought 4 frozen pizzas at Trader Joe’s for that price! NEVER NEVER AGAIN Papa Murphy’s!Food: 1/5

Didn't want to believe it but they don't have cookie dough on the menu anymore  Kid-friendliness: My kid loves the build your own kid pizza.

Walked in to order pizza, waited 30 min with no other new customers, and they still hadn't started making my pizza's. Customer in store should always take priority over making pick up pizza, especially when no one is showing up to pick them up  I don't care if Uber Eats has orders! They're not here, it takes less than 5 min to make a pizza to go for the paying customer in front of you. It's a trend I've been noticing, good way to lose my business!!

The staff is clueless. Ordered online. Scheduled for 7:25. It's now 7:55 and they are just starting on it. This is ridiculous! Seriously. Staff doesn't know how to interact with customers.  They literally looked like the three stooges running around in circles not getting anything done.  They didn't even put the pizza together very well because they were so rushed.  Either there was no manager there or staff hasn't been trained in customer service.  Got out of there at 8:00pm.  35 minute wait for an order I was supposed to be able to run in and pick up because I ordered prior to going in.

Always fantastic pizza! I dig the Greek Pepperoni with a thin crust! And bake it for 4 or 5 minutes less than what the cooking instructions state! Service is speedy even if you don't pre-order and there are always coupons available for $ off, which I get by mail. They are available to print online as well as this place requires customers to physically bring in their coupons.

I ordered on line and gave them a hour to get my pizza ready. I watched five different people come in and ordered a pizza and walked out with their pizza and I had to continue waiting. I waited forty minutes for two pizzas. I won’t be back to this location. Very poor service and training is Definitely an issue.
