We love. Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza. The ingredients are fresh & you get to watch your pizza being made or you can pick up a pre ordered pizza. The staff are very helpful & friendly.

So excited to find one here in Texas. Sadly they are the only one in the area. They are about 25 minutes from my home but I will be making the trip to get it again.

I'm sad because I LOVE Papa Murphy's but lately, I have been disappointed with the customer service. Most times I receive my order it is incorrect or I go to order and there is attitude from the employees. I don't want to see this yummy place go under but my frustrations may cause me to no longer enjoy this yummy place.

First, I want to state this review is for the management, not the pizza. I think Papa Murphy's has the best pizza available in the area. I asked for them to substitute the seasonal Taco Sauce (salsa and bean) for the regular sauce on my pizza. The young lady I was speaking to stated she didn't know how to do that. She went and asked the MANAGER and was told they couldn't do that. Now, I know different. I have been ordering my pizza that way for years whenever the salsa and bean sauce is available. I explained that, yes, it was possible. When I continued to have issues, I asked to speak to the manager. Usually, in a service situation the manager tries to please the customer and make things right. That didn't happen. I was told that all the previous employees were wrong and were breaking the rules because corporate did not allow them to make that substitution. So...I called the corporate headquarters and guess what??? I was told that there wasn't any problem at all making that substitution. In fact, they told me it was an option for online ordering for you to customize the sauce. Corporate was very apologetic, but that doesn't change the fact that I was treated poorly. I have been a loyal customer to the Belton store since they opened. I love their pizza, but that day I was very frustrated with management. Normally they are so very nice. I hope it was just a bad day.

The pizza is always great! However , the service is lacking. They NEVER have it ready when I get there and I always wait. For example, I'm told it is to be ready by 5:20 pm, I give them until 5:40...and they have either just started it, not completed, and sometimes haven't even started. I find this very frustrating each and every time I order from this location. Only thing that keeps me coming back is that the pizza is delicious all the time.
