I like Papa Murphy's pizza because you take it home and you can cook it whenever you want pizza fresh and for the people that received the food stamp program they take the food stamps also the people in Papa Murphy's they're really polite and courteous it's a good place to go even if you don't get food stamps like I don't get food stamps but I enjoy going there

Ordered and prepaid for a pizza two hours ahead of time. Showed up to get it at the time noted in the confirmation email and the staff still hadn't made it. Had to wait twenty more minutes to get my pizza, people who walked and ordered were getting served before me. 

What's the point of preordering something if it won't be ready by the time you get there?

No point in having a separate till for online and call in orders regardless the employees will make you stand in line at the order in store line. Very lazy employees

The entire purpose of online ordering is to hace your food made when you arrive to pay or whatever. I put in my order at 6pm and it said my order should be ready by 7. Got to the store at 6:55. Waited in line to pay because the girl walked away as I went up to the online order pick up counter to attend to the other register. So I had to stand in a line of about 5 people and then when I finally paid she said it wasn't ready yet and it should be a few minutes. I'm watching them make and take orders as about 10 people had come in and out since the moment I arrived. I didn't leave until 7:20 and every person had already left! My boyfriend was sitting in the car and he said he watched everyone go in and out before Me! Ridiculous, when all I ordered was a Family Pepperoni!
